From the Setup menu, use the quick-find to search for flows and select the Flow option that appears.
In the flows list view, locate and select the schedule-triggered flow labeled Cuneiform: Profiling Definition: Profile Results: Schedule Flow.
Click the Save As button to create a copy of the Profile Results: Schedule Flow. This copy will be customized to support automated profiling for a given profiling definition.
Copy the flow description. You’ll use this description as a starting point when adding a description to the new flow created from this template.
Click the A New Flow button to duplicate the flow. After clicking this button, paste the copied description into the Description field.
Specify a unique Label and API Name describing this flow. Consider incorporating the name of the profiling definition that will be configured for profiling automation via this schedule flow.
1. In this example, we title the flow Cuneiform: Scheduled: Account Profiling to describe the flow’s purpose and which profiling definition is being scheduled.
2. We recommend using a consistent prefix (ex., Cuneiform: Scheduled) and the profiling definition name being scheduled (ex., Account Profiling) when labeling these flows.
In the Description field, consider including a description of either the Salesforce object being profiled or the profiling definition being scheduled.
1. The purpose and characteristics of automated processes should be documented to ensure that Admins understand these processes and their purpose. We recommend extending the description to reference the Salesforce object or profiling definition being profiled.
Click the Save button to create the new flow with the Label, API Name, and Description specified. With the copy of the Cuneiform: Profiling Definition: Profile Results: Schedule Flow template created, it can now be configured to profile on a custom schedule.
