Reporting a Problem

If the application is not performing as expected, the documentation isn’t helpful, or the user experience is inconvenient or confusing, please get in touch with us so we can take steps to resolve the issue.

  • If you encounter an issue, Exception Logs are a great place to get more details on the error. Those details may be helpful for us as we support you in our investigation and possible resolution.

  • If documentation is incorrect or unclear, we encourage you to let us know so we can improve. Please include the page and section you’re referring to when reporting the issue.

  • For inconvenient or confusing user experiences, screenshots and screen recordings can help us pinpoint your issues so we can begin our investigation.

Request an Enhancement

If you like a feature or content but have ideas about what else could help you accomplish your goals, please contact us and share your request. We maintain a backlog and prioritize requests based on customer impact and business relevance (e.g. if this is aligned with our mission and philosophies). To help us help you and to receive a response as quickly as possible, please provide the following:

  • Your role and business objective.

    • What outcome you’d like to reach, and what is getting in the way.

    • Specific enhancement idea you think would help you achieve this outcome.
