For example, you can change the Profiling Value Results records based on their Created Date field.

Editing Filter Criteria

You can change the filters by clicking the Filter icon in the report. The opened menu shows which filters are locked that come with each report. You can change these unlocked filters according to your needs and can also add additional filters by clicking the Edit button.

  • Show Me: Displays all profiling value results, ensuring that no data points are excluded from the analysis.

  • Created Date (Values): Set to "All Time," meaning phone values from any timeframe are included.

  • Is Latest Summary: Set to "True," ensuring only the most recent profiling summaries are shown for accuracy.

  • Record Type: Limited to "Profiling Field," meaning only fields that have been explicitly profiled are included.

  • Profiling Definition Category: Set to "Baseline," focusing on standard profiling scenarios.

  • Profiling Definition Record Type: Limited to "CRM," ensuring the analysis is specific to CRM-related records.

  • Is System Field: Set to "False," meaning system fields are excluded to focus on user-entered data.

  • Is Empty Value: Set to "False," ensuring only populated phone values are included.

  • Is Field Populated (Primary): Includes only fields where primary phone values exist.

  • Value Length: Set to "less than or equal to 10," filtering phone numbers with 10 or fewer characters.

  • Population Distinctness %: Set to "greater than or equal to 90," ensuring the report focuses on highly distinct values.

  • Populated Values (Primary): Set to "greater than 1," ensuring only fields with at least one populated phone value are included.

  • Contact Point Data Type: Set to "Phone," filtering only phone-related fields.

Adding Fields to the Report

  1. Open the Identity | Phones | < 10 Chars report in your Salesforce environment and click the Edit button.

  3. Double-click fields to add them to the list of columns appearing in the report, and drag and drop fields within the Columns list to change their order. You can also drag and drop fields from the list of fields to the Columns list.

Once you have finished editing and adding fields:

  1. Click the Save button to preserve your changes.

  2. To update the report contents based on any changes you made, click Run. This will generate the report based on the current set of filters and fields you’ve configured.
