Accessing Field and Data Management
This walkthrough explains how to access Cuneiform® for CRM from the Salesforce App Launcher. It assumes that Cuneiform for CRM has already been successfully configured. Please contact your Salesforce Admin to confirm this outcome.

Detailed Instructions
Perform the following steps to make Cuneiform for CRM easily accessible from the App Launcher:
Click the App Launcher to open the drop-down. The App Launcher is the nine-dot icon to the immediate left of the Setup menu title.
Click View All to open the list of app installed on your Salesforce org.
Locate the Cuneiform for CRM application and use the eight dots to drag the application card to a new area of the list of applications.
Drag the application card to the top-left-most position of the grid to make sure Cuneiform for CRM is easily and immediately accessible when you click on the App Launcher. This makes it easy and convenient for users to find Cuneiform for CRM within their Salesforce org.
Click on the X to save your changes and close the modal.
Click App Launcher again.
Locate and click on Cuneiform for CRM to navigate to the application.
Please review the banner notification from the home page for feedback regarding your application’s configuration.
A green banner indicates that your Certificate Unique Name, Connected App Label, and Connected App Consumer Key are correctly configured.A red banner indicates your Cuneiform for CRM instance is not configured correctly.
