Profiling Definitions with Summary Results Cannot Change Their Fields and Filters
v1.37 AND EARLIER PRODUCT LIMITATION PROFILING DEFINITIONS CUNEIFORM FOR CRM

In release v1.37.0.1, we introduced our new Superset and Subset capability, allowing customers to selectively profile Salesforce Objects using record filters (vs. profiling all records as was previously supported). With the initial release of this feature, we’ve prevented customers from changing the Profiling Definition filter and field criteria once profiling results have been collected.

Custom Object list views May Show DEPRECATED Field Values
v1.28 platform limitation PUSH UPGRADE CUNEIFORM FOR CRM

In release v1.28.0.4, we introduced new custom object list views that better represent profiling results across all our custom objects. If you navigate to the list views of these objects, you will see [DEPRECATED] in the column headers and DEPRECATED as the value for these columns.

The Connected App Creation Process may not Initially Persist Certificate Details
SUMMER '23 ROOT CAUSE IDENTIFIED platform limitation

When creating the Connected App required by Cuneiform for CRM, including a non-API Name friendly character (like a : ) in the Connected App API Name will trigger a validation error – and that error will invalidate the association to the uploaded Digital Certificate. Fixing the API Name will require the user to re-upload the Digital Certificate and re-save the Connected App configuration to persist the certificate.

Users can avoid this issue by ensuring the API Name for the Connected App does not include any invalid API Name characters. When entering the API Name field – do not accept the default value provided by Salesforce.

This calculated and suggested API Name value will contain a : taken from the Connected App label). Remove the: from the Connected App API Name field before clicking the Save button.
