This guide describes activating the profile results schedule flow. Please note that these steps require Admin access to Salesforce Setup.

Detailed Instructions

Perform the following steps to activate the profile results schedule flow:

  1. From the flow created in the previous instructions, click Activate to enable the flow and activate the automation schedule.

     

  2. A green banner will appear at the top, confirming the flow was successfully activated.

     

  3. For this demonstration, the activated flow will begin running weekly for the first time on October 3, 2023 at 12:15 AM. 

     

  4.  If, for some reason, you want to deactivate the flow, select Deactivate in the upper right corner of the page.
