Sending Emails from Salesforce Schedule-Triggered Flows
To send an email from a schedule-triggered flow, Salesforce orgs must have a trusted email address that the automated process user can use in any delivered messages. To enable this, Salesforce Admins must configure two feature settings within Setup: organization-wide email addresses and automated process settings.

Organization-Wide Addresses
Configure Organization-Wide Addresses. If your Salesforce org requires users to share a common email alias, you can define a list of organization-wide addresses for each user profile.
