Configure Email Deliverability to Support Notifications from Flow

Cuneiform® for CRM’s schedule flow templates will deliver email notifications to the profiling user announcing that profiling has been completed – or that an exception occurred. Email deliverability must be configured for emails to be sent from flow templates.

  • To use email notifications in a sandbox or production environment – you must set email deliverability to All Email. Please note that this setting can force the delivery of test email notifications to all users.

When you want to test the functionality in a sandbox without sending test emails to real-time users, we recommend configuring email deliverability to 'No access' or 'System email only'.

If you set the email deliverability to All email, users may unnecessarily get test email notifications. These emails are triggered from workflow processes, flow, triggers, and apex classes.

Email Deliverability Settings

The following table outlines Salesforce’s supported email deliverability settings. Please note that All email must be configured for deliverability in order to send emails from sandbox or production environments.
