Duplicating the Schedule Flow Template
This guide will walk readers through duplicating Cuneiform for CRM®’s schedule-triggered flow template – so that the template instance can be configured for profiling automation. Please note that these steps require access to Salesforce Setup and explain how to duplicate a flow template.

Create a Copy of the Profile Results Schedule Flow Template
The first step in automating profiling for a given profiling definition is to duplicate Cuneiform for CRM’s schedule-triggered flow template. This duplicate will be uniquely named and configured with the schedule, profiling definition, and user that will be used to drive profiling.
Please follow the instructions outlined in this guide to locate Cuneiform for CRM’s schedule-triggered tlow template and create a uniquely-named copy that can be configured and scheduled.
This article will demonstrate how to create a unique and customizable copy of Cuneiform for CRM’s schedule-triggered flow template that can be configured with a custom profiling schedule.

Perform the following instructions to duplicate the schedule-triggered flow template:
From the Setup menu, input
Flows
in the Quick Find search and select the Flows option that appears.From the list of flows, locate and select the schedule-triggered flow labeled Cuneiform: Profiling Definition: Profile Results: Schedule Flow.
Click the gear icon to view the flow properties.
Copy the content in the Description field and paste it somewhere you can easily access it later.

Click the Save As button to create a copy of the Profile Results: Schedule Flow. This copy will be customized to support automated profiling for a given profiling definition.
Specify a unique Flow Label to name the flow. We recommend you incorporate the name of the profiling definition you intend to automate with this flow. The flow is named "Cuneiform: Scheduled: Account Profiling" for this demonstration.
After inputting the Flow Label, the Flow API Name will automatically generate.Paste the description copied in step 4 into the Description field.

Close the dialog warning you about the starting date and time.
Because this new flow was copied from a template, the application will warn you that the flow won't be able to run because the start date and time are set in the past. The next set of instructions will address updating the start date, time, and frequency.
