Installation Prerequisites

Cuneiform for CRM: Business Data Reliability requires that you install and configure Cuneiform for CRM: Field and Data Management in your Salesforce org. Please use our Installation and Setup guidance to configure Cuneiform for CRM: Field and Data Management before installing Business Data Reliability.

Requires Cuneiform for CRM

Cuneiform for CRM: Business Data Reliability is a managed package extension for Cuneiform for CRM, our CRM data management product. Please ensure that Cuneiform for CRM is installed and configured before installing it.

If you haven’t installed Cuneiform for CRM already – please follow the steps outlined in our installation and setup guide. This guidance will explain how to download, install, configure, and validate that Cuneiform for CRM is correctly configured in your Salesforce Org.

Installing Cuneiform for CRM: Business Data Reliability

Cuneiform for CRM: Business Data Reliability can be installed via the Salesforce AppExchange. Please navigate to the AppExchange page for Cuneiform for Data Cloud – and click on the Get It Now link to kick-off the installation.

You can also access our Latest Product Releases page for access to the latest Cuneiform for CRM and Cuneiform for Data Cloud product releases (with direct sandbox and production installation links).

Click Get It Now button to install Cuneiform for CRM: Business Data Reliability from our listing.

Installation Instructions

Perform the following steps to install the Cuneiform for CRM: Business Data Reliability package:

However you have received the Cuneiform for CRM: Business Data Reliability package, select it to prompt installation to begin.
Once you prompt the package installation, you must select the types of profiles for which the application will be installed.

Select Install for Admins Only and click on the Install button to continue.

Select Install for Admins Only.

If you’d like to customize the installation for all users or users with specific profiles, you can choose those options as well. Cuneiform for CRM: Business Data Reliability respects Salesforce’s permission model, and our permission sets allow you to assign access to the users of your choice.

After you’ve made your selection, click Install. Salesforce will begin installing the application.

The Installation begins after clicking the Install button from the previous screen.

The installation of Cuneiform for CRM: Business Data Reliability should finish in minutes. Click on the Done button to be taken to the Installed Packages listing – where you can verify the installation was successfully completed.

Click the Done button to close the installation dialog and return to Salesforce Setup.

Click Done to navigate to the list of Installed Packages. Your Salesforce org will send you an email Once installed, the Cuneiform for CRM: Business Data Reliability package will appear in the list of Installed Packages.

Verify that Cuneiform for CRM: Business Data Reliability was successfully installed in your org.

Nice work! You’ve successfully completed the installation process for Cuneiform for CRM: Business Data Reliability. Please continue and verify that your installation was successful – and that the package’s Business Data Reliability features are now available in your Salesforce org.
