Enabling CRM Flow Automation Permission

Enabling CRM Flow Automation Permission

Provide Cuneiform for CRM Users with Access to Run Flows

Please note that Cuneiform® for CRM leverages Salesforce Flows to perform profiling and data analysis functions. The Run Flows permission must be assigned to Cuneiform for CRM users that are not System Admins. This permission must be manually assigned.

Automating profiling and/or purging of profiling summaries associated with Cuneiform for CRM may be valuable in some cases. To enable flow automation, the application permission Run Flows must be enabled on a permission set or permission set group assigned to the user.

Run Flows allows users to run any active flow.

As of the Summer '23 release, the Run Flows permission has been moved from the System Permissions section to the App Permissions section within the Permission Set configuration screens. Please review the Summer '23 release notes for details regarding this change.

The Run Flows Permission is Now Found under App Permissions (vs. System Permissions)
