Detailed Instructions

Perform the following steps to configure your profiling results purge schedule flow:

  1. From the flow builder, click the Toolbox icon in the window's upper-left corner to open the Toolbox Manager.

  2. Click on the DaysToKeep constant, which defines the number of days profiling results are kept before this flow purges them.

  3. In the Value field, input the number of days after which an exception log is created that you'd like the system to purge it automatically.

    1. By default, this value is set to 90 days. In this example, we set the value to 30 days.

  4. Click on Done to save the constant.

  5. Click the green Start button to expand the Flow Control Display and expose the schedule properties.

  6. Click Edit to edit the flow Start Date, Start Time, and Frequency.

  7. Click the Start Date field to open the calendar control and select when this flow’s automation schedule starts.

    1. The calendar control allows users to navigate forward and backward through the calendar to select a date. Please note that the Start Date must be a date in the future from the day the flow is edited. Invalid start dates will automatically be greyed out in the calendar control.

  8. Click the Start Time drop-down to select the time of day this flow’s automation schedule starts.

  9. Use the Frequency drop-down to select how frequently the flow should execute in an automated fashion.

    1. Schedule-triggered flows can be scheduled to execute once, daily, or weekly.

  10. Click on Done.

  11. Click on Save.

Congratulations! You can now move on to the next step in automating purging profiling results:
