KPI Results: KPI History
The KPI History tab captures the history of Business Impact and Data Quality KPI metrics for the current record, showing how KPI values evolve with each profiling summary. Monitor these KPIs to correlate data quality improvements with better business outcomes.
Introducing the KPI History Tab
The KPI History tab displays a list view of all profiling summaries that have included results from the selected KPI.
KPI History List View Columns
The Data Reliability KPI Results History list view displays a list of all profiling summaries that include results from the selected KPI.
The following collection of fields is displayed in the Data Reliability KPI Results list view.
Column Name | Column Description |
Summary | The hyperlinked result key of the associated profiling summary. Clicking this will take you to the profiling summary record detail page. |
Key | Name of the KPIs used when profiling records included in profiling definition. |
Profiling Status | Describes the profiling status for a given KPI field. |
Total Records Profiled | Count of the records profiled. |
Total Records (Primary) | Count of the profiled records for the Primary profiling summary. |
Total Records % (Primary) | Describes the % of overall profiled records represented by the primary summary result. |
KPI Records | Describes the total number used to perform KPI calculations. This value should equal the total filtered records for a Profiling Summary. |
KPI Coverage % | Describes the percentage of primary scenario profiled records used to perform KPI calculations (higher values are more trustworthy). |
KPI Overall Coverage % | Describes the percentage of overall profiled records used to perform KPI calculations (higher values are more trustworthy). |
Avg | Represents the average (including zeros) of a Data Reliability KPI. It is also the average (including zeros) of all profiled field values for a specific KPI field. |
Avg (IF) | Represents the average (excluding zeros) of a Data Reliability KPI. It is also the average (excluding zeros) of all profiled field values for a specific KPI field. |
Min | Represents the minimum (including zeros) of a Data Reliability KPI. It is the minimum (including zeros) value found from all profiled field values for a specific KPI field. |
Min (IF) | Represents the minimum (excluding zeros) of a Data Reliability KPI. This is the minimum (excluding zeros) value found from all profiled field values for a specific KPI field. |
Max | Represents the maximum value found for a Data Reliability KPI. It is the maximum found from all profiled field values for a specific KPI field. |

Use the KPI History List View to Access Profiling Summaries and Profiling KPI Results
You can select any profiling summary keys to navigate to the Profiling Summary record detail, which provides more information on the specific profiling summary and corresponding profiling definition.
Select any KPI key to view Profiling KPI Results record details.
