The Profiling Definition Record Detail tab displays an organized view of the field values for a given profiling definition. Use this tab to explore the field values recorded for a profiling definition.

Explore Profiling Definition Characteristics

Profiling Definition Details

This section identifies the profiling definition name and the object being profiled. It also includes the record type for the profiling definition, which describes whether it supports CRM or Data Cloud.

Profiling Definition Category and Description

This section provides the customer-facing category and description for the selected profiling definition. This information helps users organize and understand the purpose and goals of profiling definitions.

Scenario Configuration

This section describes the configuration characteristics of the primary and secondary profiling scenarios. Use this section to understand whether a scenario profiles all or a subset of records, what record filter is employed, and whether only metadata is being profiled.

Profiled Fields

This section provides a count of the fields profiled by the selected profiling definition and the API names of those fields. This information allows users to pinpoint the collection of fields being profiled.

KPI Monitored Fields

This section identifies whether any KPIs are associated with the selected profiling definition and, if so, identifies them by name under the headers Data Quality KPIs to Monitor and Business Impact KPIs to Monitor, respectively.

Scheduling and Notifications

This section denotes whether the profiling definition can be scheduled to be automated and whether that automation can deliver notifications.

Last Profiled Status

This table presents the status of the most recent profiling run performed for the selected profiling definition and the status of the last statistical profiling run. It also describes the date and time that the selected profiling definition was last revoked or disabled.

System Information

Displays system information – including the Created By and Last Modified By dates and the user who created the profiling definition. Use this section to understand when the selected profiling definition was created, when it was last modified, and by which Salesforce users.
