The Value Frequency tab displays the parent field's most and least frequently used field values for a given field's profiled records.

Introducing the Value Frequency Tab

The Value Frequency tab provides an overview of how frequently field values are used based on profiling field results for both the primary and secondary scenarios. This view helps to understand how field values are distributed and explore how these values influence overall field usage for collecting profiled records.

Please note that the secondary profiling scenario is only available to Cuneiform for CRM: Business Data Reliability subscribers. Field and Data Management customers are limited to only one Profiling Scenario.

Monitor Field Value Frequency

Here, you can examine the frequencies of different values within your dataset to identify patterns of anomalies. This helps you to understand data distribution and ensure data quality by detecting errors or outliers. With this information, you can make more informed decisions based on your data.

View Profiling Details

Records Summary identifies the number of records profiled for the given profiling summary.

Most and Least Frequent Values

The Value Frequency tab lists the most frequently used and least frequently used values for both the primary and secondary scenarios. While the columns in this section may vary based on data type, most include essential metrics like the total count of times the value was used to populate the field. along with metrics for how frequently each value populated the field, the length of the value, the total count of the value, and more.
